Over the course of his eight-year MLB career, Jeff played for the Texas Rangers, Boston Red Sox, and Toronto Blue Jays, earning a reputation as a gritty, intelligent player who made the most of every opportunity.
Since retiring from the game, Jeff has stayed closely connected to the baseball world—representing players, mentoring young athletes, and speaking out about the importance of proper coaching, development, and character on and off the field.
