Brandon Wood
Brandon Wood is a former University of Georgia defensive lineman, current NCAA Division I football official, and lifelong ambassador of the game. A Haralson County, Georgia native, Wood starred at Haralson County High School before earning a scholarship to play defensive line for the Georgia Bulldogs from 2006–2009. Known for his toughness and perseverance, he competed in the SEC and overcame early injuries through discipline and grit.
After his playing career, Wood transitioned back to the field as an NCAA football official, allowing him to continue serving the game with integrity and leadership. In 2017, he founded the Brandon Wood Football Camp, an annual youth camp focused on fundamentals, character, and the philosophy of “Finish.” The camp has raised tens of thousands of dollars for local schools and charities while providing affordable, high-level instruction to young athletes.
